Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content (guides, tutorials, and slicer profiles), we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

Physical Goods

For any physical products (if applicable), the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Refund Process

Once your return or request is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

We believe in fairness. If you feel our content was significantly misrepresented or if you have unique circumstances, please reach out. We review every case manually to ensure customer satisfaction.
